RENTAL TERMS
- Apartments rent with a one year lease (renewable at tenant option -
month-to-month after that).
- A
security payment of one month is required and held in separate interest bearing
account.
- Rents are payable in advance on the first day of each month via
internet banking with direct withdrawal from tenant checking account.
There is no additional charge to the tenant by the landlord for this service.
- Month-to-month tenancy termination notice of at least 30 days is expected.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Snow plowing, trash removal, laundry coin-op, and on-site USPO mail delivery
provided.
- Telephone, Cable TV/Internet Service, and newspapers available from local
providers.
